Privacy Policy

Your trust matters to Luvris ("the app", "we"). This policy explains, in plain language, what data we process and why.

1. DATA WE COLLECT

• Account details: your email, display name and sign-in method (email, Google or Apple) — required to create your account and address you personally.
• Reading content: the questions you ask, the photos you upload for readings (palm, coffee cup/saucer) and the interpretations you receive. These are private to your account.
• Usage data: anonymous in-app activity metrics (e.g. which feature was used), collected to improve the experience — never matched to your identity for advertising.
• If you allow notifications: a device notification token, used only to send you notifications.

2. AI PROCESSING

Your readings are generated using advanced AI models through our secure servers. Your photos are processed solely to produce your reading; they are never used for advertising or sold to third parties.

3. VOICE NARRATION

Narration runs entirely on your device. Your audio never leaves your phone and is never sent to us or anyone else.

4. MEMORY (SPIRIT MEMORY)

To personalize your experience, we store recurring themes from your readings in your account. You can permanently erase this memory at any time from Settings.

5. STORAGE AND SECURITY

Your data is stored on cloud infrastructure (Google Firebase) protected by industry-standard security. Balance and purchase records are written only by our servers.

6. ACCOUNT DELETION

Settings → Delete My Account permanently erases your account and all your data (reading history, chats, memory, energy balance). Deletion cannot be undone. Limited records subject to legal retention (e.g. purchase audit trails) may be kept without any personal content.

7. CHILDREN

Luvris is not intended for users under 17.

8. YOUR RIGHTS
